Creating Online Classroom Environments with MOODLE
Presenter: Kelly Kermode, Forest Hills Public Schools

In this session, participants will be creating their own online classroom environment and learning how to incorporate Moodle’s activities into their daily teaching practices. Each participant will begin by learning how to be a student within Moodle, and then proceed to create an online classroom environment for his/ her own classroom. SigWeb will be providing web space for participants to host their online classroom on, as well as giving each participant a how-to and best practices book. Participants will walk away with a working product, as well as tools with which they may continue their growth with online teaching and collaboration.
